Wyn Morgan - founder

I started Wynning to help organisations and individuals reach their potential, goals and ambitions. I'm passionate to get you to experience the joy of outstanding results and personal growth. My ambition is that when you look back in a year's time at this moment when you decided to contact Wynning, you will think of it as the best decision you made in years.

After graduating from Cardiff University, I began my career in direct sales within the financial services industry and then with BUPA . I then joined Walkers Snack Foods in Field Sales, progressing rapidly into Category Management and Key Account roles – working with trade customers such as Tesco, Coop, Booker, Iceland, Boots, and National Forecourts.

During my time at Walkers, I decided my future would be in the People Development arena. I found out I got a lot more of a ‘kick’ out of developing people than from selling. I joined United Biscuits (KP – McVitie’s) as Senior Training Manager where I installed a coaching culture within my division.

In 2001, I joined FXL Management Training where I designed and delivered training and development solutions for my clients: Britvic Soft Drinks, Reckitt Benckiser, TNS (Taylor Nelson Sofres), Disney, Cadbury Trebor Bassett, King UK, Jenks Sales Brokers, Typhoo, Holsten and Carlsberg.

In 2006 I took the decision to leave FXL in order to develop my own Executive Coaching Organisation. I retain strong working relationships with a number of these clients as an associate of FXL, with whom I continue to work with closely in the UK and internationally.

I am an NLP Master Practitioner and highly experienced and successful coach and training facilitator, as my many clients would testify. My style has been described as: “sparkling, engaging, down to earth, empathetic and highly practical”; and demonstrate incredible passion to help the people I work with reach their goals.
